Important Information For Season Ticket Holders

A change to the iFollow procedure.

20 October 2020

Supporters who have an eligible 2020/21 season ticket will no longer receive a promotional code at the end of October. This will be effective for the home league game against Cheltenham on Tuesday 3 November - 6pm KO.

The last time codes will be sent out is Wednesday/Thursday of this week for the Port Vale game at Boundary Park on Saturday.

Instead, home Sky Bet League Two games going forward will be free of charge by simply logging in with the dedicated personal account and as a result having direct access to the stream.

For this to happen the following needs to be checked and acted upon this week. iFollow are streamlining the service recently to prevent any further problems with redeeming vouchers and unintentionally paying the £10 fee.

The service will now work on an email database solution. With Clubs providing the EFL with a database of Season Ticket holders.

Those fans will be matched against existing iFollow accounts. Any Season Ticket holder with an iFollow account will then have access to all the relevant games automatically.

It is important ALL Season Ticket holders access their iFollow account with the same email address they have used to purchase a season ticket or that the club has on file.

Supporters NOW need to register for an iFollow account with the same email address that Oldham Athletic have on file by Friday 23 October 2020.

In most cases this should be the email address you have been receiving the promotional codes with and if you have a working account already with the same email no further action has to be taken. Just log in as normal before kick-off, select the match and you will be able to watch live home league games from the start of November.

Season ticket holder access will also show on the 'Packages' section of your profile leading up to the dedicated game.

If you have an iFollow account under different credentials though, you need to register for a new free account through the website in the coming days to prevent any issues. You can do so by clicking here.

You can also register another account with iFollow by selecting the Basic Pass (which is free) and filling out the details by clicking here.

Any accounts that that have multiple Season Card holders (e.g. Juniors) under the same email, supporters will still be able to log in mutliple times, but it is beneficial going forward that each account has its own email address and please do inform the club before Friday of this new email if any action is taken.

If accounts are added after next week the EFL cannot reasonably ensure you will be able to continue to watch at the start of November.

Please note, the data for this is being passed to the EFL purely for the purpose of providing access to iFollow

Any supporter that does not wish this to happen should let the club know as soon as possible by emailing supporter.services@oldhamathletic.co.uk but you will no longer be able to receive iFollow passes for home league games going forward as the email is needed to grant access by the league.

To check with the club which email address is on file, please send a request to supporter.services@oldhamathletic.co.uk - thank you for your co-operation once again.
