Latics begin the new season with a game at Boundary Park in the opening round of the Carabao Cup.
Although match tickets are not available, the next best thing is to purchase a match pass to stream the game live.
Available on iFollow Latics, the EFL have upgraded the platform and this now means the game can be viewed on your computer desktop, on the new app or on the web browser of your mobile.
Google Chrome is the most reliable browser to watch the game live on iFollow.
The preferred option is the use of the new iFollow app as the match features will be optimised for this.
Please note, there is no option to register or buy on the new app. The transaction must take place on Oldham Athletic website and then the same credentials used to login via the app.
Match passes can always be bought via the match centre of the website: www.oldhamathletic.co.uk/nextmatch
To be able to stream any match using an iFollow Latics video pass, you must have created a free iFollow account using the email address you have used on your season ticket applications in past seasons or when renewing for this campaign.
If you have an iFollow account from previous use the same login or reset your password.
An important bit of information to remember for International Latics that unfortunately Round One Carabao Cup matches are only available in the UK at £10, and not for any pre-existing subscription accounts.
There is no complimentary passes for this fixture, with all supporters having to pay.
It is not available to view outside of the UK. Fans around the world can listen live on existing premium packages though.
For the match, fans listening live will need to select either home or away audio. This can be done via the settings cog on the video player.
The opening game on iFollow Latics for the 2020/21 season will see Ian Cheeseman alongside Roy Butterworth as competitive football makes a return to Boundary Park after a long six months.
Once again, production of the match will be single camera coverage, with the usual replays and graphics as have been seen in previous seasons for those who have used the platform in the past.
Commentary will begin 10 minutes before kick-off but live video should start around 2:30pm.
Support is available for any queries on email at ifollow@efl.com or through the 'Live Chat' on the website during the match.
Please purchase your match pass as early as possible to allow time for the EFL to help should you have any issues.
As a club, we cannot directly help you with any technical issues with iFollow, but the EFL support team can.
