Jamie Bowden has been nominated as a 'Goal of the Month' contender for Sky Bet League Two during November for his well-taken individual effort at St James Park.

The midfielder on loan from Tottenham Hotspur is up against two other strikes in Harry Smith (Leyton Orient) and Omar Bugiel (Sutton United).

Information on his goal nomination and how to vote over the weekend can be found below.

Jamie Bowden – Exeter City v OLDHAM ATHLETIC – 13th November
Taking his shot early helped, but it was the combination of pace, swerve and dip that gave Bowden’s 20-yarder the disguise it needed to deceive Exeter keeper Cameron Dawson.

Voting is now open on the official EFL league Twitter account, by clicking here and closes on Monday 13 December at 3pm.

The winner will be announced next Friday morning (17th December).

Sky Bet EFL Goals of the Month are chosen by fan polls on the official Sky Bet Championship, League One and League Two Twitter accounts.

The judging panel comprises Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman, Sky Bet Sponsorship Executive Matt Goodwin and EFL Media & PR Officer Billie Marshall.
