Oldham Athletic can confirm the Sky Bet League Two fixture at Crawley Town this weekend (Saturday 18 December, 3pm KO) will not go ahead as planned.
This is due to a number of positive COVID-19 cases. The hosts indicating to the EFL that the fixture would be unable to be fulfilled.
With the increased rate of transmissions from the Omicron variant, the health, safety, and welfare of everyone connected with both clubs during another challenging period is of the utmost importance and will ensure those affected can recover swiftly.
