The Club Shop (Fanstore) based at Boundary Park are looking for two Sale Assistants to work on matchdays.
Applicants for the positions will be required to work Saturday's and occasional Tuesday evenings dependent on fixtures.
Matchday Sales Assistant (Flexible) – Zero Hour Contract
To assist the retail team on busy matchdays, focusing on customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service to customers.
- Recommending and promoting products to customers.
- Replenishment of stock ensuring merchandise standards are met.
- Processing cash and card transactions.
Teamwork & Communication
- Work productively within a team to achieve collaborate goals.
- Communicate effectively with peers.
- Be a positive, respectful and helpful team member.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Previous retail not essential as training will be given.
- Strong communication Skills.
- An awareness of our brand.
