2021/22 Fixtures Released!

The Sky Bet League Two fixtures are confirmed.

24 June 2021

The 2021/22 campaign is just a few weeks away and Keith Curle’s side now know their fixture list for the upcoming season.

Latics begin the campaign at Boundary Park against Newport County before back-to-back away fixtures at Bradford City and Bristol Rovers, which will be after the opening round of the Carabao Cup that will be drawn later on this afternoon along with the Papa John's Trophy group.

One of the first key dates is Rochdale away on Saturday 25 September, with a Boxing Day fixture at home to Scunthorpe and a New Year's Day trip to newly promoted Hartlepool United.

Our first ever meeting with Sutton United lands at the start of the campaign on Saturday 28 August, away, with the reverse fixture at Boundary Park scheduled for early 2022 on Saturday 8 January.

Finally, the last day of the season is Saturday 7 May and means another home battle as we welcome Crawley Town after an away fixture the week before at Prenton Park.

Key Fixtures

Team Home Away
Rochdale Saturday 29 January Saturday 25 September
Salford City Saturday 23 April Saturday 27 November
Tranmere Rovers Tuesday 7 December Saturday 30 April

Please note, all fixtures are subject to change due to the inclusion of cup round dates which are still to be organised and agreed.

Additional information will be communicated and shared once it is known when and how supporters are allowed back into grounds, when it is safe to do so. This will include confirmation of admission prices and hospitality packages from next week, going into the start of July.
