The Oldham Athletic Board are pleased to announce that former Club Director Paul Hughes has agreed to take on a non-executive advisory role within the football club supporting General Manager Steven Brown and the staff in place behind the scenes.
On the news, Steven Brown said; “Paul has a wealth of business knowledge gained from the ground up during a very successful 30 career helping to build what became a national supplier in the DIY sector. To have him as a sounding board and to be able to tap in to that knowledge for the benefit of the football club will be a massive help going forwards."
Paul, who was originally appointed as the Supporters Foundation representative on the Board in May 2021, added; "As a lifelong Latics fan I am delighted to be able to continue to help what is a small, young and enthusiastic back office team."
