We are pleased to confirm that Timmy Abraham has extended his loan at Latics until the end of the season.
The striker, who initially joined from Walsall in October on a deal until the start of January, will remain with the club for the rest of the campaign.
Abraham has started four games since his arrival with a further three substitute appearances, making an impact with his pace and direct running in particular.
He came off the bench to claim the winning goal in our league victory against Torquay United and is part of a reshaped forward line in recent months which now includes Alex Reid and Joe Nuttall.
