The Club Shop is open.
Supporters may have seen it reported on Monday that Southampton Football Club temporarily closed its retail store.
The closure followed issues Southampton had with a third party, Elite Sports Group Limited (Elite), who managed their retail store.
Elite are also the company who have been responsible for managing our retail store since 2018.
As a result of issues the club has had with Elite over a number of months, which appear to be similar to those issues Southampton have referred to, the arrangement for Elite to manage our retail store was terminated by the club on Tuesday 22 November 2022.
The club has therefore taken over management of the retail store, which remains open for business as normal.
Remember, this week there is a 30% Black Friday discount on sales in the shop. Please note that all sales are currently via cash only.
The club has no involvement in any online sales as these remain the responsibility of Elite. Any issues in relation to online transactions experienced by customers, including order fulfilment, should continue to be addressed by Elite.
