Oldham Athletic can confirm that Jake Forshaw has returned from his loan at Guiseley.
Jake joined the Northern Premier League Premier Division side last month, making his debut against FC United of Manchester alongside Kofi Moore.
The 18-year-old will now return to Boundary Park to continue his development.
