After a free Saturday due to FA Trophy action, Latics host Gateshead at Boundary Park.

David Unsworth’s side will be looking to build on the 4-2 win over Dagenham & Redbridge of a week ago.

The opposition

Managed by former Newcastle United defender Mike Williamson, the 39-year-old won promotion with the Heed last season, seeing them return to the National League after being relegated due to financial irregularities.

Watch out for

28-year-old Adam Campbell is the club’s topscorer this season with seven goals to his name.

His most recent goal came away at Wealdstone towards the end of January, in a 2-1 win.

Mike Williamson’s has been in charge since the club were relegated to the National League North in 2019, after two seasons were interrupted by lockdowns, he led his side to promotion last season.
