OACT Summer Soccer School

9 June 2023

After the success of our Soccer Schools over the last 12 months, Oldham Athletic Community Trust are delighted to announce details of our 2023 Summer Soccer School which will be running at Royton & Crompton E-Act Academy.

Soccer schools are a great way for children to spend their school holidays. Providing the opportunity for them to develop their football and personal skills, make new friends and gain confidence in a safe and friendly environment.

Our time for the day has been extended to 8:30am until 3:30pm to support working parents and carers with their childcare needs over the 6-week holidays rather than our usual 9am until 3pm provision.

The Summer Soccer School will include OAFC player visits, Chaddy the Owl visits and tickets to see OAFC at Boundary Park!

Check out the highlights from our May soccer school below

The soccer school will run for six weeks! The first five weeks will be five days of Soccer School with the last week before the new school year being four days due to the August bank holiday.

If your child has a medical condition (e.g. diabetes, serious allergies, epilepsy etc.) that we need to be aware of then it is vital that you make us aware before the start of the Soccer School. The process of doing so is straightforward and is incorporated when booking your child’s place online via OSS in the personal information form that must be completed during the booking process. If your child also requires medication throughout the day, then we must also be made aware prior to your child’s first day on camp so that we can make arrangements where necessary.
