Kurt Willoughby has completed a loan move to Ayr United for the remainder of the season.
The striker, who signed for Latics in the summer from Chester, joins the Scottish Championship side until the end of the current campaign.
Willoughby, 26, has made six starts and a further 12 substitute appearances so far this campaign for Oldham, scoring in the FA Trophy tie against Mickleover.
He joined Latics from Chester ahead of the current season having previously played for York, Fylde and FC United of Manchester.
