As the scope and scale of the club’s activities continue to grow, we have identified the need for a dedicated senior leader to oversee and coordinate our expanding operations.

To meet this need, we are creating the new position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role continues the evolution of the club’s structures, consistency, and strategic oversight to ensure that all departments operate efficiently and in alignment with the club’s Purpose, vision and long-term ambitions.

The creation of this position reflects our commitment to building a modern, forward-thinking organisation that can thrive both on and off the pitch. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced leader to help drive Oldham Athletic into this next exciting chapter.
