Born in Manchester, but growing up in Tenerife, Charlie spent time with a number of youth teams on the island, before returning to England to join the Port Vale youth team.
Having enjoyed spells with a host of semi-professional sides, he signed for Chesterfield in 2014, spending two years at the club, before joining Oxford United, initially on loan, making the move permanent in 2017.
Raglan made the switch to Cheltenham in 2018, kicking off a successful spell with the Robins, winning League Two and being part of the FA Cup run in 2021, where they were ultimately knocked out in the fourth round by Manchester City.
