The 6’4’’ shot-stopper, who has also been capped by England at U18 level, signed on a one-year contract after leaving Brunton Park at the end of the previous season.
Norman, 25, who progressed through the youth set-up at Fulham, featured ten times for Carlisle last season after two years in Cumbria.
On the books at Fulham from the age of eight, Norman spent a total of 14 years at Craven Cottage, progressing through their academy to sign a professional contract in 2014.
Whilst still a youngster, he had loans in non-league with Hayes and Southport before spending half of the 2018/19 season at Rochdale.
Norman left Fulham in the summer of 2020, securing a move to Carlisle, where he declined the offer of an extension at the end of last season.
