Right-back Reagan Ogle became the first player to sign for Latics ahead of the 2024/25 season.

The 25-year-old signed for Oldham on a two-year contract, having spent recent seasons in League Two and the National League with Hartlepool United and Scunthorpe respectively.

Mainly operating at right-back, Reagan can also play on the left of the defence and on the right of midfield.

The defender moved to England from his native Australia at the age of 11, joining the youth ranks at Accrington Stanley.

After turning professional and enjoying a number of seasons out on loan, including two with Southport, he linked up with Hartlepool, spending a season at Victoria Park.

Later moving to Scunthorpe, he picked up the Supporters' and Players' Player of the Year award in his debut season, and was an integral part of the Iron team last season.
