Ticket Office Frequently Asked Questions

We are open 9am-5pm weekdays. We are not open weekends. On Saturday matchdays we are open 10am-3pm and Tuesday matchdays 9am-7:45pm.

The easiest way to purchase tickets is online at tickets.latics.co.uk. If you have not purchased tickets through us before you will need to register a new account. Alternatively, you can call us directly on 0161 785 5150 or 0161 624 4972 and buy over the phone.

We try to answer the phones as quick as possible but sometimes we are preoccupied with serving customers at the window or dealing with online orders. If you contact us via Twitter or Facebook at @oafcTICKETS with the best number to contact you on, we will endeavour to get back to you.

When you ordered the tickets you will have been given the option to post or collect. If you selected postage, they will be sent out within 48 hours of ordering. If you have selected the collect option then they can be collected before the day of the game or on the day.

Pre-purchased tickets can be collected from the Ticket Office on Furtherwood Road. On match days, the Ticket Office windows are separated into a collections only aisle and ticket sales only aisle to accommodate fans that have already bought their tickets in advance. 

Yes you can. If you have bought tickets online but have been unable to collect them, all uncollected tickets are automatically sent down to the away team’s Ticket Office with our media team where they are usually available to collect from 1pm onwards (varies for Tuesday night games).

Print at home is not available on away tickets. If you have bought away tickets thinking you can print at home, then you need not worry as the tickets will be available at the Ticket Office to collect. If you cannot collect from our Ticket Office, they will be at the away Ticket Office on the day to collect from there.

If you have not received your tickets through the post 24 hours before the game then you can contact the Ticket Office on 0161 785 5150/0161 624 4972, via email at supporter.services@oldhamathletic.co.uk, or through our Twitter/Facebook accounts. We will then deal with the enquiry accordingly.

Your print at home tickets will be emailed to the address you provided shortly after purchase. If you have not received your email please check your Junk Folder. If it is not there, then get in contact with us and we will look into this.

Unfortunately you cannot. The technology we have at the moment cannot scan a ticket from a mobile phone so you must print the ticket out and bring it with you to the game.

Our refund policy for both home and away games is 24 hours before kick-off.  If you have bought e-tickets then you can call us and the refund can be issued over the phone. If you have a paper ticket then you need to post the ticket back to us ensuring you enclose a note saying you are unable to attend, and include your contact number. Alternatively, the cancellation can be done by coming to the Ticket Office.

To upgrade the season card you can either call us or alternatively you can come to the Ticket Office before/on the day of the game and the upgrade can be processed then. You will be required to pay the difference from a junior to an adult.

If you have a crime number then contact the Ticket Office and we can arrange for it to be reprinted. If you do not, then there will be a charge of £10 for the season card to be reprinted.

We cannot sell Under 18 coach tickets online as due to safeguarding reasons, Under 18’s that are travelling alone have to fill out a parental consent form and then buy tickets over the phone or through the Ticket Office. Under 18’s attending with an Adult do not have to fill out this consent form, but they must still buy over the phone/via the Ticket Office.
