General Information

Season Tickets will be available to purchase on general sale, from Monday 1 March.

All home league fixtures during the 2021/22 campaign. For avoidance of doubt this excludes any additional home cup ties.

Season Tickets can be paid for by Credit/Debit card.

Supporters can renew by visiting our online ticketing page at www.eticketing.co.uk/oafc/. Supporters will be required to log in under the details associated to their season ticket account. 

Juniors must be under 18 on 1st August 2021 (born on or after 01/08/2003).

Senior Citizens must be over 65 on 1st August 2021 (born on or before 01/08/1956).

Please note that proof of age in the form of a photocopy of the supporter's birth certificate or passport will be required by the OAFC Ticket Office for all new concession Season Tickets. Please email these to supporter.services@oldhamathletic.co.uk

Season Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the named person.

Cards will be issued prior to the first home league match of the season. As at the time of writing, the club are unable to confirm collection/postage methods but will do so as soon as possible.

The Ticket Office, which is situated in the Main Stand on Furtherwood Road, will open on the following dates and times for season ticket sales and renewals:
Monday 12 April 10am-4pm
Tuesday 13 April 10am-4pm
Wednesday 14 April 10am-4pm
Thursday 15 April 10am-6pm (extended hours due to the first Early Bird deadline)
Friday 16 April 10am-4pm
These hours are just for the first week and will be reviewed, updated and communicated further in due course.
 
Season Cards may not be able to be collected this soon, but updated information will be released closer to the 2021/22 campaign on when this will be available.

We do not anticipate any changes to car parking arrangements for the 2021/22 season. At this time, car parking spaces are not on sale, but an update will be given in due course.

Unfortunately not as this is due to the administration costs of these systems.

Guide To My Oldham Network (Ticketmaster)

Important information for family and friends ahead of renewing season tickets or purchasing cup tickets.

My Oldham Network is designed to make it easy for you to purchase tickets online on behalf of your friends and family. Once you have created your Oldham Network you can easily allocate tickets that are in your basket to your friends and family.

Before you can create your own network, you must be registered online. There are two ways to register.

1. If you are not already registered online but you are a Season Ticket holder, you need to activate your Client Reference.

Activate Client Reference
To activate a Client Reference visit: www.eticketing.co.uk/oafc  

  1. Click Sign In at the top right of the screen.
  2. Click activate my Client Reference.
  3. Enter your Client Reference (which is printed on your season card) and your surname.
  4. Click Find My Account.
  5. Complete your personal details ensuring you remember the email address and password you have entered.
  6. Click Save Detials.
  7. Your Client Reference is now activated online.

2. If you are not already registered online and are not a Season Ticket holder you need to create an account.

Create Account
To create an account visit: www.eticketing.co.uk/oafc 

  1. Click Register at the top right of the screen.
  2. Complete your personal details ensuring you remember the email and password you have entered.
  3. Click Complete Registration.
  4. You are now registered online.

Adding To Your Network
When you add a friend to your network, you are automatically added to your friend’s network at the same time. You can both purchase tickets on the others behalf online and can also add someone to your network in two ways.

1. If your family and friends are already registered online.

To activate a Client Reference visit: www.eticketing.co.uk/oafc

  1. Log in using your email address and password. 
  2. Click My Account at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click Network.
  4. Click Add Members.
  5. Enter the Client Reference and surname of the person you want to add to your network and click search.
  6. When you find the person you are looking for click Add Member*. The person will appear on your network.

*Alternatively, enter their email address and click search.

2. If your friends and family are not already registered.

Not Registered
If your friends/family are Season Ticket holders you should ask them to activate their own client reference, or if your family/friends are not Season Ticket holders you can enter their details and we will email them a link to activate and create an account. They will then be added to your network.

  1. Log in using your email address and password.
  2. Check My Account at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click Network.
  4. Click Add Member.
  5. Click Register A New Member.
  6. Complete the personal details for the person you are adding.
  7. Click Add Member.

Managing Your Network
Click on the drop down arrow next to the name of the person you want to manage and you will be able to edit ticket privileges or remove the member from your network.

Edit Ticket Privileges
Members can have two levels or ticket privileges. You can either assign or manage your friends tickets and they can either assign or manage yours.

To find out what privileges you have on your friends account, and what privileges they have on yours, click on their name on the network.

Where it says 'Me': 

  1. If it says 'I can assign tickets to xx', then you can only buy tickets for that person.
  2. If it says 'I can manage tickets for xx', then you can buy tickets for that person, pay for their reserved seats in cup games, and renew their Season Ticket for them.

Where it says their name: 

  1. If it says 'XX can assign tickets to me', then they can only buy tickets for you.
  2. If it says 'XX can manage tickets for me', then they can buy tickets for you, pay for your reserved seats in cup games and renew your Season Ticket for you.

Edit Your Privileges 

  1. Click where it says edit next to either your name or friends name.
  2. To edit your privileges on your friend’s account. Choose one of the two tick boxes: 'I can assign tickets to XX' or 'I can manage tickets for XX.'
  3. The assign option is ticked by default. If you can currently manage your friends account and you want to change to assign only, simply click the assign box.
  4. If you click manage a request will be sent to your friends registered email address, and they will have to accept your request to manage their account by logging into their own account and accepting your request.

Edit Your Friend's Privileges On Your Account 

  1. Choose one of the two tick boxes: 'XX can assign tickets to me' or 'XX can manage tickets for me'.
  2. The assign option is ticked by default. If your friend can currently manage your account and you want to change to assign only, simply click the assign box.
  3. If you click manage, then your friend will be given the privileges to manage your account from the next time they log in.

Please note, if you do not have privileges to manage your friends account then you cannot confirm their reservations or renew their season ticket.

Moving Seats

Yes, the club will allow 1 (ONE) change of seat for those who wish to do so.

No, once determined, your seat remains in place for the full playing season, except in exceptional circumstances, in agreement with the Ticket Office.

Yes, as soon as the club are able and allowed to house fans in the Joe Royle (North) Stand, we will transfer all those who wish to relocate their seat. Priority will be given to those who had a seat in the Joe Royle (North) Stand, in the 2019/20 and 2020/21 campaigns.

Season Tickets for Under 12’s

Yes, a concession can order a season ticket for an Under 12 as part of their family or close friends (bubble).

Unfortunately not. An Under 18 cannot purchase an Under 12 as part of their package, this has to be done by an adult or concession.

U12's will remain FREE if purchased with a paying Adult/Senior. All children must have a ticket.

Season Tickets for Disabled Supporters

Disabled supporters pay the price applicable to their age category, with a free carer ticket issued if they are on the higher/enhanced PIP and can provide the relevant documentation.

Disabled supporters need to contact the Ticket Office to purchase their Season Ticket.

Yes, proof of disability paperwork is required if the disabled supporter needs a Carers Season Ticket.

There are 29 wheelchair spaces located at the rear of Rochdale Road End (Jimmy Frizzell Stand).

Matchday

The club continues to explore all options to ensure that the matchday experience remains as positive as ever, although the safety and wellbeing of staff and supporters is our highest priority.

At present, the club will comply with the Sports Grounds Safety Authority's 'Planning for Social Distancing at Sports Grounds' document.

The club will continue to monitor and review our matchday planning based on up-to-date guidance, as and when it becomes available.
