General Information

Season Tickets will be available to purchase on general sale, from 3:00pm on Wednesday 27th March 2024. The deadline for the early bird prices will be Friday 31st May 2024. After this date, the prices will increase to the standard prices.

You can buy a season ticket in person at the Ticket Office, by telephone on 0161 785 5150, or the easiest and quickest way is online.

If you are a new Season Ticket purchaser click HERE or to renew your current Season Ticket click HERE. Please note, to avoid long queues we will not be selling season tickets at the ticket office from 1pm on home matchdays.

Season Ticket holders have until Friday 17th May 2024 to renew their Season Ticket and keep their current seat. After this date, any unsold seats will go on open sale.

All home league fixtures during the 2024/25 campaign.
For avoidance of doubt this excludes any additional home cup ties, play-off fixtures or friendly matches.

Season Tickets can be paid for by either credit or debit card when ordering online. We also accept cash at the ticket office.
Unfortunately, we cannot take payment by American Express.

Supporters can renew by visiting our online ticketing page here. You will be required to log in by entering the barcode on the back of your season card. This will allow you to select your current seat(s) and renew any other season cards that you have under your account.

The Ticket Office can be busy at times, and we endeavour to deal with each request as quickly as possible. If you cannot get through to the Ticket Office, please send an email with your contact details and request to and we will be back in touch at the earliest opportunity.

Yes, you can. However, all Season Tickets bought in one transaction will be linked together under the email address provided. This means that any time you log in (i.e. to purchase away tickets) you are logging into the purchaser’s account. If you would prefer to have separate accounts for each season ticket holder, we would advise making multiple orders using separate email addresses. If your current season tickets are linked to another person’s email address and you want to change this, please contact the ticket office.

The age of applicants on Saturday 31st August 2024 will determine discount qualification for season ticket(s). Please note that proof of age in the form of a photocopy of the supporter's birth certificate or passport will be required by the ticket office when collecting season cards.

Season Ticket refunds are entirely at the discretion of the club and may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you would like to request a refund, then please send a written request to We will assess each request on an individual basis.

You will need to get a new Season Ticket Card for the 2024/25 season.

When placing your order, you will have the option to select either collection or postage.

We will notify you when your card is ready for collection or when it will be posted. This will likely be in July.

Yes, if you chose collection, you will be able to pick up from the Ticket Office when it is ready. Proof of ID may be required when collecting yours or somebody else’s Season Ticket Card.

Please contact the ticket office to arrange a replacement. There is a £10 administration fee to replace a card.

Please visit the ticket office. A temporary replacement paper copy of your Season Ticket can be printed for the match.

No, we cannot upgrade season tickets for one-off matches.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a finance/instalment option at this time.

There are number of benefits to purchasing a season ticket, these include;

Junior and Child Season Tickets

Anyone under the age of 14 must be with an appropriate adult aged 18 or above. Therefore, a Junior (7-13) or Child (0-6 / U7s) Season Ticket must be bought with either an Adult (22-64) or Concession (18-21 and 65+) Season Ticket.

Yes, an Under 14 can be accompanied by either an Adult (22-64) or Concession (18-21 and 65+). The appropriate adult must be aged 18 or above.

No, an Under 18 (Youth [14-17]) cannot purchase an Junior (7-13) or Child (0-6 / U7s) as part of their package, this has to be done by an Adult (22-64) or Concession (18-21 and 65+)

There is no limit on how many Junior (7-13) or Child (0-6 / U7s) Season Tickets can be ordered.

No, there will be no free Child (0-6) Season Tickets for the 2024/25 season. We have introduced an additional new age category for supporters aged under 14 years old. Junior (7-13) Season Tickets cost £60, at the Early Bird Price, which equals to £2.61 per game. While the new category, Child (0-6 / U7s) is priced at £30, this equates to £1.30, and will not change after the Early Bird period concludes.

Season Tickets for Disabled Supporters

Disabled supporters pay the price applicable to their age category, with ONE free carer ticket issued if they are on the higher/enhanced PIP and can provide the relevant documentation.

Disabled supporters are advised to contact the ticket office to arrange this. Proof of eligibility will be required when purchasing.

Yes, the early bird deadline will apply to disabled supporters.

Yes, proof of disability paperwork is required if the disabled supporter needs a carer Season Ticket.

Subject to availability there are spaces at both the back and front of the Joe Royle Stand, as well as at the back of the Jimmy Frizzell Stand.

Moving Seats

Yes, the club will allow 1 (ONE) free permanent change of seat before Season Ticket Cards are printed in July. After this date, any requests will incur a charge of £10. Please note that the ticket office will not be able to change seats on home matchdays so any such requests should be made prior to a matchday.

No, you will not be able to change your seats for an individual match unless in exceptional circumstances. Any such requests should be made before a home matchday.

Yes, when renewing your Season Ticket just select a different available seat on the seating plan. Alternatively you can renew your current seat and then contact the ticket office if your preferred seat hasn’t been renewed by the Friday 17th May 2024 deadline.
