Oldham Athletic are delighted to announce the signing of striker Scott Wilson on a free transfer.
The 5ft 11 frontman has put pen-to-paper on a one-year deal with Latics.
Wilson has been Macclesfield Town’s top goal scorer for the past two seasons
Last season, Wilson scored 11 goals and provided four assists in 36 appearances in all competitions.
In the 2017/18 season the striker chalked up 14 goals and played a major part of the squad that led the Silkmen to promotion into the Football League.
The 26-year-old netted the winner against Latics in a 2-1 defeat at Moss Rose in January 2018.
Wilson will wear the number 16 shirt.
