2024/25 Fixtures Released

Latics will begin the 2024/25 National League season at home to Braintree Town.

The fixtures for the new campaign have now been released, with Micky Mellon’s side starting at Boundary Park against newly-promoted opposition on Saturday 10 August.

After two seasons of beginning the campaign on the road, it is the first time Latics have kicked off a National League season at home.

Mellon’s side will then travel to Wealdstone on Saturday 17 August before a home fixture against AFC Fylde the following Tuesday.

A busy first month also includes trips to Aldershot and Altrincham, either side of the visit of Gateshead on Bank Holiday Monday.

Latics will be at home on Boxing Day against York City, before visiting Hartlepool United on New Year’s Day as the sides face each other over the festive period for the second season in a row.

The first local derby against Rochdale takes place at Spotland on Saturday 23 November before the return fixture on Saturday 15 March.

As the end of the season approaches, Latics will travel to York and Forest Green Rovers, before the season concludes at home to Ebbsfleet United on Saturday 5 May.
