Pre-Season 2025

Three pre-season fixtures can be confirmed in Latics' preparations for the 2025/26 season.

As a result of our last campaign being extended into June with the play-off final, this summer’s schedule has been built around a more compact fixture programme.

The Latics squad will go through a week of testing before heading to a pre-season camp at St. Andrews between 13-18 July.

Micky Mellon's side will play three friendlies, starting against Dundee United, before hosting Bradford City in the only pre-season fixture at Boundary Park. A visit to Curzon Ashton also features in the build-up to the Sky Bet League Two season.

One additional fixture will be announced, taking place alongside further preparations behind closed doors.

The trip to Dundee United rounds off a week-long training camp in Scotland. The fixture at Tannadice Park will provide the first opportunity for supporters to see the squad in action as they gear up for new campaign with the chance to visit north of the border.
