Isaac Adelaja first remembers watching Arsenal take on Norwich in 2013, with his earliest kit being Manchester United’s 2009/10 strip. Inspired by Ronaldo growing up, he began playing football at the age of six and quickly showed his potential.

He developed through grassroots football with Pro Elite, AR Elite Academy and FC United of Manchester before joining Oldham Athletic’s academy. A strong and reliable defender, Isaac enjoys the competitive battles, winning duels and keeping the team solid at the back. One of his favourite early memories was scoring from outside the box in a grassroots cup final.

From his time in academy football, Isaac has learned the importance of resilience, positivity and hard work, while adapting to challenges along the way. The best advice he carries with him is to always believe in yourself and take confidence into every situation.
