Abs joined Oldham Athletic after progressing through grassroots football with Moston Tigers, where he developed throughout all levels of the game. Beginning his football journey at a young age, Muhammed built strong foundations in grassroots football before earning his opportunity at Oldham through the BTEC programme, a pathway that allowed him to showcase his talent and commitment.

 

A winger capable of playing up front, Muhammed went on to feature for Latics' first team, making his debut and gaining valuable experience in the National League Cup and FA Trophy. 

 

Growing up, Muhammed supported Barcelona, inspired by his favourite player Lionel Messi, with his first football shirt being a Barcelona kit. Influenced by the styles of both Messi and Eden Hazard, he models his game around attacking flair and creativity.

 

Known for his pace, power, and direct approach, Muhammed thrives in creating chances for himself and his teammates. Above all, he prides himself on his mentality, having no excuses, taking responsibility, and carrying out his role to the best of his ability whenever called upon.
