Football Association warning to Latics
There was a pitch invasion at the end of the game against Yeovil Town by fans celebrating the victory.
Latics have received a letter from Chris Whalley at the Football Association warning that it is an offence for fans to go on to the pitch and clubs can be punished.
The players are intending to return to the pitch shortly after the final whistle on Saturday to thank fans for their support during the season.
However, if spectators encroach on to the pitch that will not be possible.
