Under-18's play Blackpool
Latics under-18's have been given dispensation to play Liam Jacob as as over-age player in tomorrow's game against Blackpool in the Football League Youth Alliance's North West Conference.They were forced to appeal for help as trainee keepers Luke Simpson and Joel Coleman are ruled out through injury.
Latics will have a depleted side with five scholars injured while Joe Cooper is on first-team duty.
They are also unable to call on the services of most of their schoolboy players who are playing in the final of the County Cup.
Tomorrow's match take place at Chapel Road, kick off 11am.
