Busy time for youth players
Coach Mick Priest will be juggling his Latics under-18's side for tomorrow's match against Rochdale in the Football League Youth Alliance's North West Conference.As the youth team also plays Rochdale in the semi finals of the Lancashire FA Youth Cup on Monday and a number of the youngsters will feature in the reserves at Tranmere on Wednesday night, it will be a chaotic period.
Priest said: "All the youth-team players will play either tomorrow or on Monday.
"Some will also be involved on Wednesday so it is going to be a busy time."
Apart from long-term absentees John Pritchard and Will Kinder, Priest has a full squad to choose his side.
Tomorrow's game takes place at Salford City FC, kick off 11am.
