Club to view footage of Wesolowski sending off
Latics will view footage of James Wesolowski's sending off yesterday at Scunthorpe United before considering whether to appeal to have it rescinded.Manager Paul Dickov claimed the midfield man (pictured) did not aim a kick at the head of Damien Mozika as he lay on the ground as was alleged by fourth official Mark McGrath.
It was Mr McGrath who alerted referee Richard Clark who, after consulting the fourth official, produced a red card.
If Wesolowski is banned he would miss the FA Cup with Budweiser, third-round tie at Nottingham Forest as well as league games against Brentford and Coventry City.
