Connor joins Blue Square Bet Premier side
Connor Hughes, recently released by Latics has linked up with former Boundary Park player Scott McNiven at Blue Square Bet Premier side Hyde United.The 20-year-old (pictured), who made six first-team appearances in the season just ended, becomes McNiven's first summer signing.
Hughes, who is from Bolton, played a total of 10 senior games for Latics.
Meanwhile, another Hughes is also in the news as former Latics' midfield man Andrew has signed a new 12-month contract at Charlton Athletic.
But one player who looks set to leave Charlton is Cedric Evina as the former Latics' loanee is reported to have rejected the offer of a new one-year deal.
