Matt's FA Cup memories
The FA Cup provided more magical memories for Matt Smith with an appearance at Wembley on Saturday.The striker (pictured) was invited to the final as a guest of the sponsors as one of the Budweiser player of the rounds.
Smith was voted player of the fifth round after scoring a dramatic injury-time equaliser against Everton.
Latics' great cup run to the fifth round catapulted Smith into the national spotlight with his two goals in the memorable win against Liverpool. He also found the net in both games against Everton.
All the Budweiser player-of-the-round winners from the first qualifying round onwards were invited to Wembley. They included the likes of Chelsea's Juan Mata and Shaun Maloney, from winners Wigan Athletic.
