Latics will travel to Newport County in the Emirates FA Cup First Round.
Oldham were handed the away tie against the League Two side in the draw which was held on Sunday afternoon on ITV1.
The tie will be played on the weekend of Saturday 4 November 2023.
Latics progressed to this stage after beating Altrincham by a single goal yesterday, with Harrison McGahey’s close-range strike proving decisive.
