The pitch at the Shay has today failed an inspection ahead of the National League fixture on Wednesday 10 April.
The game will therefore not take place as scheduled at Halifax.
We have been advised by Halifax that they are currently looking at workable solutions in order to play the fixture as soon as possible. This includes the possibility of finding an alternative venue tomorrow.
The club is now waiting on further advices from Halifax, the National League and the Police.
We are informed by Halifax that a further update is expected later today.
