Ahead of the final game of the season, Oldham Athletic will remember those who we have lost in the past 12 months.
The club will commemorate supporters who have passed away with a minute’s applause prior to kick off against Wealdstone on 20 April.
We are now inviting supporters to submit names and photographs of those they would like to remember, so they can be read out ahead of the game, and included in the matchday programme.
Please email the name of the person you want to be remembered to media@oldhamathletic.co.uk by Tuesday 16 April so the club can make the necessary arrangements prior to the fixture.
